- Conduct research to identify the latest trends, consumer needs, and market opportunities.
- Develop ideas and concepts for new products.
- Create timelines and work plans for product development, ensuring all stages are completed on time.
- Search and manage raw material suppliers, ensure the quality and availability of materials according to design needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production.
- Make and maintain product specifications, including design files, technical drawings, and bill of materials.
- Oversee product sampling.
- Supervises production processes to ensure products are produced in accordance with design and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in product design.
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
