About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Min 2 years experience in manufacturing, or a related field in the construction industry..
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory control principles, and worker management.

• Own the end-to-end product life cycle of a specific product line at Gravel.
• Together with the Engineering lead, drive the product development process, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Define product vision, strategy, and goals, and effectively communicate them to the team and stakeholders.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements and prototypes as well as the delivery through effective communication and prioritization
• Work together with the design team to come up with the best UI/UX possible with certain constraints in consideration (either legal, timeline, etc)
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirement
• Collaborate with the engineering team to establish development timelines, manage sprints, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Manage various product development projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with other Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
• Able to understand complex processes, identify the right issue and solution, and deal with ambiguity
• Act as the product evangelist internally at Gravel to build awareness and understanding of user problems relevant to the product

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including users, internal teams, and external partners, to understand and translate them as product requirements- with clarity on objectives and execution details and acceptance criteria.

• Handle inquiries from stakeholders, such as product operation, issues, and identify areas for improvement in internal processes to expedite problem handling process based on findings.

• Proactively driving development sprint - work closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle. Define and prioritize product features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a high level of product quality.

• Work closely with various teams, including operations, marketing, customer support, and sales, to ensure successful product launches, gather feedback, and address any issues or challenges.

• Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the platform's usability and overall customer satisfaction.

• Utilize data-driven insights to track product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations to support product strategy and roadmap planning. Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and analyze user behavior to optimize product features. 

• Assist in developing the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and optimizations to meet user needs and business goals. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and resource availability.
