Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan mesin produksi

1. Develop features that supports and empower Sales and Commercial teams meet the market demand according to telematics Industry trends.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the ideation, research, design, development to ensure the product fit the market needs.
3. Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.
4. Drive feature delivery within deadlines by proactively addressing blockers, fostering alignment, and taking necessary actions to ensure a successful release.

• Dapat melakukan perawatan mold dan dies, seperti preventive, periodical mold & dies.
• Dapat menggunakan alat ukur (caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, height gauge, dan pin gauge).
• Dapat menggunakan alat machining (surface grinding, lathe, dan milling).
• Memiliki keahlian dalam membaca drawing teknik / struktur design.
• Memiliki keahlian menggunakan TIG welding / laser welding menjadi nilai tambah.
• Dapat bekerjasama secara individu dan tim, cepat belajar, dan memiliki komunikasi baik
• Dapat membuat ide kaizen/improvement, Aktifitas Safety & 5S, etc

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengelola kegiatan produksi agar mencapai KPI target segi kualitas dan kuantitas.
• Merencanakan jadwal produksi dan berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait.
• Memastikan proses produksi berjalan sesuai SOP.
• Mengawasi penggunaan bahan baku secara efektif dan efisien.
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas produk agar sesuai standar.
• Improvement terhadap efisiensi proses produksi secara berkelanjutan.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri/Mesin/Bidang Terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan kepemimpinan yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
• Berkomunikasi dengan baik di lingkungan team yang multi culture.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work & communicate closely with HQ teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Maintain & closely monitor product inventory
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Stationery Product
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal in English
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Bachelor degree is a must

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal software development teams and customers.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to customers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all software development project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure that action items are assigned and completed.
• Collaborate with internal software development teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage their expectations throughout the software development project lifecycle.
• Ensure that software development project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work with software development teams to ensure that all software development deliverables meet customer requirements.
