• Mengawasi dan memantau aktivitas produksi untuk memastikan kualitas, efisiensi dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur yang ditetapkan.
• Mengkoordinasikan dan mengarahkan tim produksi untuk memenuhi target volume serta kualitas produksi.
• Mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah di lantai produksi serta mengambil tindakan korektif yang tepat.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.
• Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada tim produksi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan serta produktivitas.
• Berkolaborasi dengan fungsi terkait seperti perencanaan, pembelian dan pengendalian kualitas untuk mengoptimalkan proses produksi.
• Mengawasi pelaksanaan proses produksi mulai dari bahan baku awal sampai menjadi barang jadi.
• Mengawasi pemakaian bahan baku, pemakaian packing material dan bahan pembantu lainnya dengan meminimalkan pemborosan serta kegagalan proses.
• Menjaga dan mengawasi agar mutu bahan baku dalam proses dan mutu barang jadi sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.
• Mengawasi pembuatan laporan produksi yang meliputi laporan absensi, pemakaian bahan baku, hasil produksi dan jam berhenti (stoppage) tiap – tiap mesin.

Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan mesin produksi

Kualifikasi Kebutuhan Operator Maintenance:

- Laki-laki, usia maksimal 35 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal SLTA sederajat

- Bersedia bekerja full time senin-kamis pukul 07:20 s/d 16:30 dan jum'at 07:20 s/d 17:00, sabtu minggu hari libur

- Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama 

-Bisa bubut, miling, grinding, bisa repair dies, buat jig simple, preventive dies.

- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kawasan GIIC Blok AA Kota Deltamas-Cikarang Pusat

• Ensure and organize the smooth execution of subordinates’ activities during designated shifts in the glycerin refinery plant, blow molding plant, and packaging plant. Adjust staffing levels and resources as needed.
• Follow up on all issues related to personnel and administration concerning subordinates. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts, and collaborate with HR when necessary.
• Ensure the smooth progress of process activities (production realization) in the glycerin refinery plant, blow molding plant, and packaging plant, and ensure their outcomes align with the set targets.
• Implement the Work Plan for achieving quality objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between Top Management and subordinates in conveying orders/directions, and vice versa, relay subordinates’ aspirations upward.
• Generate shift reports detailing production metrics, issues, and resolutions. Assure the accuracy, precision, authenticity, and documentation of all production records.
• Provide guidance to all subordinates. Lead, motivate, and mentor production operators to optimize performance.
• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and relevant information.
• Enforce and promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
