We are looking for an experienced Factory Production Manager to join our team. The Factory Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process in our factory, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of the palm sugar factory operations, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and maintenance. 

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and safe operations. 

• Lead and manage a team of factory staff, including training, shifting, and performance evaluations. 

• Monitor production output and implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency. 

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications. 

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and equipment. 
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment. 

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste. 

• Minimum Diploma degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the food or beverage industry. 

• Willing to be placed in Sukabumi

About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of our prefab production run smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for a Junior Jewelry Designer with manufacturing experience to design new and custom jewelry, offer technical expertise, and communicate with jewelry manufacturers. 

This is a full-time position for 40 hours a week in our studio in Bali. However, for the right candidate with a relevant background, we’re open to discussing part-time employment and adapting the responsibilities. 

Expected start date: immediately.

What we expect you will be doing:

• You will create original jewelry designs that align with the company’s brand and aesthetic, complete with 2D mock-ups and design sheets with specifications. 
• You will assist with client consultations, especially for custom jewelry designs, and create sketches and mock-ups based on their requests.
• You will help oversee the manufacturing of our products and liaise with the production of new and custom orders to make sure our quality standards are met and the products are manufactured within the foreseen timeline.
• You will explore new and additional potential manufacturers of our jewelry.

• Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels for raw materials and finished products.
