Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Collecting data on beauty trends (cosmetics/skincare) to be used as material/ideas for making new products.
Innovating from trend data that has been collected.
Selecting materials that are appropriate or relevant to the idea.
Developing a project plan to be carried out, from the timeline, the development process sequence, to product launch.
Providing briefs, monitoring the process, and providing input to the technical department (and other related departments) from sample making to large-scale production.
Helping to develop ideas for the marketing, creative, and promotion departments to market newly launched products.
Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Organising events such as product launches.
Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
Conduct research, conduct product evaluations, and collect consumer opinions on products that have been sold or have just been launched as material for ideas for the next product.
