• Mengidentifikasi peluang pasar, merumuskan ide produk baru, dan menyusun roadmap produk untuk pengembangan dan peluncuran.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim desain dan R&D untuk menciptakan konsep produk sesuai tren dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
• Melakukan analisis kelayakan terkait biaya, potensi pasar, dan aspek teknis sebelum pengembangan produk.
• Memimpin siklus hidup produk dari konsepsi hingga peluncuran dengan memastikan proyek sesuai timeline dan anggaran.
• Bekerja bersama tim pemasaran, penjualan, dan produksi untuk memastikan peluncuran produk yang sukses.
• Melakukan pengujian produk secara menyeluruh, mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, dan menyempurnakan produk berdasarkan umpan balik.
• Mengkaji produk pesaing dan tren industri untuk menjaga inovasi dan daya saing produk.
• Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko dalam pengembangan dan mengambil langkah mitigasi.
• Menyusun laporan perkembangan produk dan memastikan dokumentasi teknis sesuai standar perusahaan.

·        Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on market trends.

·        Know about making cosmetics in terms of concept or implementation.

·        Involve in a new product development project.

·        Do a market analysis of the products.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new products.

·        Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.

1. Establish proven method of new product which can be produced in Mass production
2. Involve in molded part and accessory development.
3. Establish and release internal documents to support the product specification until material procurement

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work & communicate closely with HQ teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Maintain & closely monitor product inventory
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Stationery Product
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal in English
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Bachelor degree is a must
• Comes with Stationery Product Background (Faber Castell, Zebra, Pilot) is an added-Value

• Mendukung pengembangan produk dengan melakukan tinjauan dan analisis produk, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk pengembangan produk yang telah dan sedang diluncurkan kepada publik.
• Mengikuti tren arsitektur terbaru, terutama mengenai kualitas material produk, master plan, tata ruang, komposisi tipe unit, dan penyediaan fasilitas kawasan.
• Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data tentang produk pesaing, memantau peningkatan produk pesaing, dan menyusun laporan analisis mengenai produk pesaing.
• Memberikan rekomendasi tentang kebutuhan pasar untuk mendukung rencana pengembangan produk di masa depan.
• Memberikan arahan kepada tim konsultan arsitektur, desain interior, dan lansekap dalam proses perencanaan suatu produk.
• Memberikan arahan teknis kepada tim konsultan perencanaan dan memantau pekerjaan lapangan tim kontraktor, dalam membangun galeri pemasaran dan unit percontohan.

• Prepare drawing (calculation sheet and hose) for domestic market and Malaysia market
• Prepare and check drawings (fitting, ancillary, others related to product) for domestic market and Malaysia market.
• Prepare document for design and development of hose product (planning, input, output, review, verification, validation)
• Review contract content, prepare inquiry letter for making procedure and prepare making procedure 
• Prepare and check travel card of every MH order
• Prepare travel card package (BOM, actual material cost)
• Prepare drawing list, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and another document for customer  
• Prepare procedure related to specification, technical and process of the product and make sure in line with actual production
• Investigate the nonconformity (NN) and prepare the corrective action and preventive action to solve a problem
• Research and conduct trial to new part, new material for improvement and cost down, and coordinate with related section 

Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote product features that enhance client retention.
• Conducting market research and analyzing data to understand client behavior and product performance.
• Coordinating with customer support and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling subscription services.
• Reporting on recurring revenue growth and retention metrics.
