Opportunity

As a full-time on-site Product Manager (Software) located in Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing the strategy, development, and execution of our smart home app and website. You will ensure that our software solutions meet customer needs, align with business goals, and provide a seamless, user-friendly experience. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive product success.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and own the roadmap for the smart home app and website, aligning with the company’s goals and customer needs.
• User Experience: Prioritize user-centric design to ensure intuitive, engaging, and seamless software interfaces for app and website users.
• Feature Development: Define product requirements, features, and specifications for both the app and website, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Market Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring: Use analytics to track app and website performance, identify pain points, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Agile Practices: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile processes to ensure efficient delivery of software features.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee user testing and bug resolution to deliver a high-quality software experience.
• Scalability: Ensure the app and website are scalable and can support the company’s growth plans and new product integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of product management experience, with a focus on software products such as mobile apps or web platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Experience developing user-centric software solutions with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with smart home technology and IoT platforms is a significant plus.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is preferred.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including users, internal teams, and external partners, to understand and translate them as product requirements- with clarity on objectives and execution details and acceptance criteria.

• Handle inquiries from stakeholders, such as product operation, issues, and identify areas for improvement in internal processes to expedite problem handling process based on findings.

• Proactively driving development sprint - work closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle. Define and prioritize product features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a high level of product quality.

• Work closely with various teams, including operations, marketing, customer support, and sales, to ensure successful product launches, gather feedback, and address any issues or challenges.

• Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the platform's usability and overall customer satisfaction.

• Utilize data-driven insights to track product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations to support product strategy and roadmap planning. Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and analyze user behavior to optimize product features. 

• Assist in developing the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and optimizations to meet user needs and business goals. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and resource availability.
