• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
• Collecting data on beauty trends (cosmetics/skincare) to be used as material/ideas for making new products.
• Innovating from trend data that has been collected.
• Selecting materials that are appropriate or relevant to the idea.
• Developing a project plan to be carried out, from the timeline, the development process sequence, to product launch.
• Providing briefs, monitoring the process, and providing input to the technical department (and other related departments) from sample making to large-scale production.
• Helping to develop ideas for the marketing, creative, and promotion departments to market newly launched products.
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
• Organising events such as product launches.
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
• Conduct research, conduct product evaluations, and collect consumer opinions on products that have been sold or have just been launched as material for ideas for the next product.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities in the smart home sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and specifications.
• Oversee the design and development of new products, ensuring functionality, usability, and aesthetic appeal.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to bring products from concept to production.
• Manage product testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful product launches.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry innovations to drive product development.
• Prepare reports and presentations on product progress and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business, etc)
• Proven experience in product development, preferably in the technology or smart home industry.
• Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of smart home technologies and trends is a plus.
