We’re looking for a Junior Jewelry Designer with manufacturing experience to design new and custom jewelry, offer technical expertise, and communicate with jewelry manufacturers. 

This is a full-time position for 40 hours a week in our studio in Bali. However, for the right candidate with a relevant background, we’re open to discussing part-time employment and adapting the responsibilities. 

Expected start date: immediately.

What we expect you will be doing:

• You will create original jewelry designs that align with the company’s brand and aesthetic, complete with 2D mock-ups and design sheets with specifications. 
• You will assist with client consultations, especially for custom jewelry designs, and create sketches and mock-ups based on their requests.
• You will help oversee the manufacturing of our products and liaise with the production of new and custom orders to make sure our quality standards are met and the products are manufactured within the foreseen timeline.
• You will explore new and additional potential manufacturers of our jewelry.

1. You hold a degree or certificate in Jewelry Design and/or Gemology. 
2. You have a relevant background in the jewelry industry.
3. You love sharing your knowledge with others. 
4. You get excited about unique gemstones and diamonds, whether it’s for their rare color, precision cut or unique inclusions.
5. You’re meticulous, ensuring no detail, however small, escapes your keen eye.
6. You're comfortable with high responsibility and are able to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
7. You have a knack for identifying errors and improvement opportunities, helping to make our processes smoother and more efficient. You're always one step ahead, identifying potential issues before they become problems.
8. You're motivated by tight deadlines, swift turnarounds, but also understand the importance of careful planning.
9. You're a self-starter, ready to take on any task and see it through to completion, all while communicating and collaborating with your team and external partners

Expected salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000
