Tugas dan Fungsi :

• Melaksanakan service rutin berdasarkan jadwal yang dibuat oleh manager depot
• Melakukan pengecekan terhadap seluruh fungsi unit untuk memastikan unit beroperasi dengan baik dan layak
• Menginformasikan ke manager depot bila ada sparepart yang memerlukan penggantian
• Memberikan laporan penggunaan jam kerja, laporan service dan laporan penggantian sparepart kepada manager depot
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan saat melakukan service rutin
• Menangani unit-unit callback atas perintah dari zone manager, manager depot maupun callback center
• Melakukan pekerjaan-pekerjaan perbaikan dan penggantian sparepart atas perintah dari zone manager maupun dari manager depot

Kualifikasi:

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang cukup
• Memiliki pengetahuan teknis yang baik
• Memiliki SIO perawatan
• Minimal SMK/D1/D3 jurusan teknik mesin /sejenis
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun
• Berpengalaman di dunia elevator escalator diutamakan

Memahami dan Menguasai Basic Elektronika, Basic Sistem Kontrol

Menjaga & merawat semua alat - alat yang ada dalam lingkungan pabrik

Mengontrol dan mengadakan preventive maintenance pada saat alat - alat tersebut beroperasi

Mencatat parameter - parameter penunjukan pada alat - alat tersebut seperti temperature, tekanan, kondisi, v - belt, kopling dll, untuk mengetahui performance alat.

Mengadakan overhoul terhadap alat - alat setiap tahunnya dengan schedule yang telah di tentukan atasan yang mengacu kepada maintenance guide line

Menjaga kelangsungan alat, seminimum mungkin tidak ada break down pada saat beroperasi

Melaporkan kepada atasan bila terjadi kelainan pada alat sehingga dapat segera di ambil tindakan penyelesaian

Menjaga dan menyiapkan kondisi spare part dan tool untuk perbaikan dengan selalu kondisi siap pakai

Membuat alat - alat bantu untuk mempermudah saat maintenance.

Selalu membersihkan lingkungan kerja setelah bekerja dan kebersihan lokasi pabrik

Menjalankan dan menerapkan program keselamatan kerja, ISO dan 5 S pada perusahaan

1. Support produksi terkait kondisi dan operational equipment dia area plant dan bangunan.
2. Melakukan operasional, perawatan berkala, perbaikan, dan follow up work order pada fasilitas dan bangunan
3. Support aktivitas vendor di lingkup facility

1. Set up dan operasional mesin molding
2. Mempelajari mesin serta permasalahan yang dihadapi ketika setting dan pergantian mold
3. Inisiasiuntuk melakukan koreksi jika ditemukan masalah
4. Membuat laporan yang detail dan jelas terkain insiden yang dihadapi langsung ke superior

Monitor and operate Building Automation System (BAS), genset, MVMDP & LVMDP, chiller, cooling tower, and boiler. 

Attend request from residents, handle complaints and physical maintenance in Apartment units such as repair work and move in preparation and set up, also support other sections according to grouping standards.

• Carry out maintenance and project activities for electrical and instrumentation properly, and handle ambient noise, B3, solid, and liquid waste in accordance with SOP, superior guidance, and standards/directions from the SHE team.
• Play an active role and inform superiors, GA, and managers if there are equipment, tools, licenses, and calibrations that are about to expire, both for the equipment and themselves.
• Carry out repairs, additional equipment, modifications, and preventive and predictive maintenance. Perform repairs and modifications according to the fixed plans, and report any changes to the implementation of planning related to planning changes requested by the production team due to urgent or emergency conditions.
• Control the use of spare parts and report any use/replacement.
• Clean work tools after use, record the work tools that have been used, and maintain the condition of work tools.
• Continue/replace the work of other colleagues who are absent in accordance with superiors’ instructions and applicable overtime/compensation procedures.
• Provide a report to superiors (direct communication) if there is a problem that cannot be resolved within a certain time limit for the shift in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Control work health and safety principles in shifts.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area after making modifications and repairs to process machines according to target.
• Achieve targets according to quality objectives.
