AYANA Hospitality is looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Multimedia Specialist is part of AYANA Komodo's Public Relations Team. The successful candidate will be the dedicated photographer, videographer, editor, and graphic designer for the resort and its fleet of cruises.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the PR Executive to come up with ideas for IG reels, ads, TikTok videos, YouTube videos, and photos that can gain traction on our channels and drive engagement, follows, or conversions
• Be an active member of the PR team, strategizing and contributing new ideas regularly
• Stay up-to-date on trends and experiment with new ways for AYANA to reach new and relevant audiences through design and multimedia
• Coordinate external vendors for photography, videography or design as needed
• Work closely with AYANA's designers and photographers from other properties to understand the brand and ensure cohesion
• Create mood boards, references and concepts for photo and video shoots
• Edit photos & videos footage into social media and corporate content
• Complete necessary paperwork for photo shoot needs (ex. food and beverage costs, shooting permits, etc.)
• Coordinate models for photo and video shoots, occasionally work with KOLs, creators, media, or models for special content creation projects
• Provide a monthly report of work
• Assist with other PR tasks as needed, such as admin or hosting media or influencers

• Experience and strong abilities with professional camera equipment, including drone

• Good level of English to communicate with different team members and media as needed
• Creative with artistic and videography ideas
• Ability to understand 5-star brand image
• Willing to work as part of a team to meet the needs of various departments

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Ideate, create, and share engaging visual and written content for Instagram and TikTok, including captions and visuals, while managing AYANA Bali's social media strategy.
• Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management
• Manage content production and placement for all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and any emerging channels
• Provide monthly reports and review strategies based on results
• Collaborate with fellow Social Media and PR Executives to engage strategic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, and media outlets.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
• Create social media campaign and content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, and planning to execution (including schedule and post)
• Liaise regularly with the media relations team to ensure outlets are well-represented in media opportunities and coverage

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position in the hospitality industry
• Prior background in the entertainment or nightlife industry is desirable
• Proven experience in project management, content creation, and relationship management
• Have a keen awareness of social media trends and challenges to innovate and reach new audiences and improve ROI
• Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data to come up with actionable points to determine strong social media strategies
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
