Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of Delonix Karawang, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Foster a strong guest service culture by monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Drive team engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role in the hospitality industry.
