The Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing partnerships for Wecare.id, focusing on building strong relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to promote our services and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential partners to enhance Wecare.id's outreach and impact.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits for Wecare.id and its partners.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including training and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create resources and materials that support partner engagement.
- Track and report on partnership performance and outcomes to management.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, or social sciences.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for partnership growth.
- Familiarity with community organizations and NGOs is a plus.
