Some of your duties will include:

The Supervisor Scaffolding will oversee and ensure the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for the Process Expansion Project in a mineral processing plant. This includes coordinating with engineering, construction, and safety teams to meet project schedules and safety standards. The role also involves leading a team of scaffolding workers to execute tasks aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

§  Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to develop scaffolding requirements.

§ Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for scaffolding works.

§ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate scaffolding activities into the project timeline.

§ Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling on-site; Conduct routine inspections to ensure structural stability, compliance, and quality; Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams to address challenges during installation or modifications.

·     Oversee roster schedules and shift rotations to ensure adequate manpower coverage to support continued operations.

·     Coordinate stock-outs of Critical spares to Inventory Control and Expediting sections.

·     Respond immediately to the emergency requirements of equipment breakdowns to support operational requirements.

·     Report to Senior Specialist Warehouse about stock that is unserviceable or damaged due to incorrect storage practices.

·        Responsible maintain fire protection equipment in Port Site area that consist of camp, offices, mess hall, sport-recreational facilities, fuel storage tanks, power plant, filter plant, ship loading, jetties, hangar, electrical rooms, transformers, warehouse, and laydowns.

·        To manage company objectives and all applicable regulation and standard obligations for Fire Protection, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements.

·        To be accountable for the execution of plans in each of these functions and responsible for preventive maintenance.

·        To ensure inspection, test, and preventive maintenance procedures conducted by subordinates are done according to applied standard.

·        To conduct coordination Fire Protection Preventive Maintenance activities with related stakeholders and other F&S Respective Sections

·        To communicate & coordinate with safety & Fire Emergency Services during inspection, test, and preventive maintenance activities to assure all Fire Protection System are functional properly.

·        Coordinate with Corrective maintenance team for Fire Protection equipment impairment or break down.

·        Coordinate with planner to ensure all Preventive maintenance requirements are well prepared.
