Job description:

• Supervise the inspection and maintenance of machines and production facilities.

• Develop guidelines and instructions regarding maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment.

• Create and implement SOP for how to operate machines and production facilities.

• Troubleshooting damaged parts, optimizing processes, and taking corrective action.

• Create and prepare work instructions and machine parameter records for each product and production machine.

• Supervise the implementation of new mold and tools projects related to products and production machines.

• Supervise every work carried out in accordance with SOP and safety standards.

• Provide support related to projects and setting up industrial equipment.

• Carry out problem solving related to production equipment and machines.

• Proposing improvements for better results.

Job description:

· Carry out product structure design according to project planning

· Test and verify new products and Improve product structure

· 3D modeling design based on product technical requirements

· Produce 2D engineering drawings based on 3D modeling and process requirements

· Provide product mold opening 3D drawings and technical requirements to the mold department

· Make new product prototypes and verify product functions

· Work with the mold department to conduct design reviews before mold opening and follow up on the mold opening progress

· Lead and guide assistant engineers and technicians in making EVT samples and follow up on test results

· Lead the production of DVT samples and follow up on DVT test progress and results

· Responsible for assisting in solving various product design problems discovered during mass production

· Create project plans and implement them

· Lead the structural design of the project and have the main responsibility for the structural design

Mastering building maintenance & structur, PLC and operate CNC Machine

Have knowledge AutoCad and Ms. Office

Able to speak in English

• Prepare, devise and regulate procedure (SOP) for accounting and Tax
• Create and analyze projected income tax payable.
• Controlling monthly and annual tax compliance
• Create and control the preparation of the transfer Pricing Documents.
• Assist Tax Audit Requirements and oversee the process.
• Follow and study the development of laws and regulations related to taxation and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyse costing reports, COGS, as well as verification of supporting documents.
• Analyse Bill of Materials accuracy, COGS efficiency, as well as cost process compliance.
• Provide assistance to the organization in preparing budget process.
• Prepare, devise, and regulate procedure (SOP) for establishing unit cost of products and inventory control.
• Create and analyse projected income tax payable.
• Create and control the preparation of the transfer Pricing Documents.
