About The Role
In the Legal - Dispute Resolution Team, you will take care and assure any legal dispute or any potential legal dispute will be acted and resolved accordingly. This team is also responsible to submit legal risk management towards upper-management regarding projects and/or any action from other departments. This team, with the Finance Dept. and the People Dept. will also ensure any misbehaviour, misconduct, and/or any wrongdoing by employees of the Company will be acted accordingly with Company Regulation and applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Take care of any legal dispute that the Company encounters (non-litigation).
- Implementing measures or formulating plans to address potential legal issues.
- Resolving disputes between the company and employees (e.g., reprimands, written warnings, termination, and bipartite negotiations).
- Resolving any overdue receivables with clients.
- Maintain good communication with external legal providers.
- Bachelor degree of law from a reputable university.
- 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE).
- Having an experience in a construction company or reputable law firm would be preferable.
- Having experience in handling legal cases and manpower disputes would be preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving disputes before they escalate.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
