Accounting and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign currency exchange, interest rates, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure the company’s financial policies and procedures are effective and up-to-date.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

About the Role

• Accountable developing end to end NGL program, start from identifying potential life planner and build ecosystem such as communities, development program, activities and recognition platform as new leaders funnel  
• Develop compelling new leader value proposition, addressing current difficulties of low promotion ratio due to comfortable and focus on personal selling, do not see the benefit of becoming a leader and view it more as burden with fewer benefits, lack of appreciation as leader, etc.

As an Agile Scrum Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our platform software development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products using agile methodologies.

You will be a Scrum Manager with a strong Infrastructure as Code background and an understanding of cloud-delivered software platforms.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Working closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Building and managing high-performing agile teams, ensuring collaboration and efficient delivery.
• Managing and resolving conflicts within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitoring and reporting on team performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.
• Implementing and enforcing agile best practices and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in an Agile Scrum Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing agile cloud software development teams, with a strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in Cloud Technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
• Proficient in the development of Infrastructure as code.
• Proficient in the development of highly secure applications that conform to PCI-DSS.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Superior understanding of Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Agile Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
