AYANA Hospitality is seeking a talented Financial Controller to join our team at AYANA Komodo. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of AYANA Komodo
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to optimize revenue and profitability
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget, and forecast reports
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and insights to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the efficient running of the Finance Department, in line with AYANA Hospitality's policies and standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of AYANA Komodo
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, and working capital and cash control.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller in fulfilling the department's goals and objectives.

• Meminta PCE (Project Controller Engineer) dan DCE (Design Controller Enginner) untuk mempublikasikan konfigurasi
• Memantau rilis (Catatan pengiriman) DN hingga manajemen layanan (MOS) di lapangan
• Memantau proses penandatanganan dokumen atau persetujuan terkait aktivitas di lapangan dan melakukan verifikasi untuk memastikan aktivitas dan instalasi di lokasi memenuhi standar dan spesifikasi
• Bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan pengiriman material tepat waktu (KPI OTD1), penandatanganan di lapangan, verifikasi di lapangan, manajemen layanan (MOS) Tepat Waktu dan Akurasi manajemen layanan (MOS)
• Mendukung pelaksanaan pengiriman proyek dengan memastikan dan meningkatkan keberhasilan pasokan peralatan instalasi yang dibutuhkan
