Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

-       Able to work in team

Requirements : 

• Education Bachelor’s degree(S1) in any major
• Have Experience min 3 years as assistant manager (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
• Have a good communication skills
• Honest, disciplined and responsible
• Able to work both in a team and individually
• Must Having a Driving License (SIM A) active
• Placement in Kalimantan

Responsibilities :

• Assist in coordinating the activities of various teams or departements within the organization, has good communication and collaboration
• Support in organizing training sessions for staff members, facilitating professional development opportunities and monitoring employee performance 
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to the manager, providing insights that support decision making
• Collaborate with the manager to identify challenges or obstacles and develop effective solutions to address them. 
• Provide administrative assistance to manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence and organizing documents.
