Jobdesk

- Bertanggung jawab terhadap mengelola team telesales (10%) dan team Desk Collection (90%)

- Bertanggung jawab Melayani perusahaan-perusahaan terkemuka di berbagai industri seperti Kredivo, Akulaku, FIFGROUP, CIMB Niaga, dll

- Mengembangkan dan membangun tim berkualitas tinggi yang terdiri dari 63 anggota tim, 5 pemimpin tim dan 1 SPV.

- Menetapkan dan memberikan strategi kepada tim untuk mencapai target dan memaksimalkan penagihan dan pemulihan

- Meningkatkan kinerja dengan bekerja sama dengan divisi terkait lainnya

- Mengevaluasi kualitas proses pengumpulan dan pemulihan tim

- Menganalisis Kinerja tim secara berkala dan memberikan arahan untuk memastikan kinerja tidak memburuk

• Memberikan rekomendasi design MEP
• Mereview design MEP seluruh proyek yang ada
• Koordinasi dengan vendor dan konsultan perihal design MEP
• Memastikan implementasi MEP sesuai dgn design yg sudah di setujui
• Memastikan implementasi MEP sesuai standart keamanan yg sudah ditetapkan
• Bertanggung jawab dengan hal yang berkaitan dengan MEP
