Responsibilities:

• Provide the team members with a vision of project objectives as described by the Project Manager
• Ensure that the deliverables satisfy the specified project requirements and deadlines
• Determine the project’s weekly targets rationally and be accountable for the team’s achievement towards those defined targets
• Reporting personal progress against the plan daily
• Participation in the definition, communication, and enforcement of coding practices and software architecture guidelines
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

• Minimum Bachelor in Informatics, System Information, or Computer Science
• At least have 2 years of experience as a team leader of small developer teams
• Having a passion for leading a team
• Fluently in English speaking, reading, and writing
• Have solid analytical thinking skills
• Expertise in Java or Dotnet development
• Familiarity with cloud technology is preferable
• Experience developing web application and solid understanding of web technologies
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting Internet-facing application

The role

As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for all the technical decisions within the team, collaborate with all the engineers and product team to create the best solution possible. Mentoring will be a daily part of your routing so great communication skills will be important.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Architecture solutions
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Able to make sure that the platforms keep up with high standards of scalability, stability, security, and performance.
• Convey effectively all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
• Mentor peers
• Troubleshooting bug reports and help to establish ambitious goals to improve our codebase in general

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in web development
• Great communication skills.
• Long term NodeJS experience
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining GraphQL/Restful API
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript
• Practical experience in writing automated tests (unit tests, integration tests, etc)
• Outstanding team player, with a growth mindset
• Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented
