Some of your duties will include:

Responsible to oversee all aspects of contract management for the Process Expansion Project. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and suppliers during the expansion of the mineral processing plant. Monitoring and Compliance:

• Track contract performance and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Prepare reports for management detailing contract performance and any deviations.

Claims and Change Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage claims, variations, and change orders.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to resolve disputes efficiently.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related issues between project management, legal, procurement, and external contractors.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings to ensure alignment on contract execution.
