1. Recommend the sales force to be recruited in appointed region.

2. Coordinate and monitor recruitment of agency sales force in appointed region and ensure the quality of recruited agents.

3. Organize and monitor sales activity of sales force in appointed region.

4. Develop the sales force’s capability in appointed region with training, coaching and mentoring programs.

5. Develop, coach and evaluate subordinates to ensure productive and competent talent.

• To manage, organise and control resources, expenditures and personnel within the workshop and site environment  
• Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures 

• Assisting controlling Callidus jobs, placing orders, expediting spares, stock shipments, and document control and provide support to the supervisor to meet promised delivery dates.
• Carry out Work In Progress analysis and lead expediting actions to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Duties associated with the administrative area so as to make sure that all requirements are met and that these duties are completed according to the monthly financial calendar and client due dates.

Control all Callidus repair jobs, compile quotations, placing orders, expediting spares and provide support to workshop to help meet deadlines.

Job description:

· Develop new product production processes

· Improve existing production processes

· Formulate new product production process according to new product technical requirements, process requirements, and quality requirements

· Develop new product production operation instructions SOP

· Measure product standard production hours based on new product production processes and continuously improve

· Improve the production process of existing mass-produced products and increase efficiency

· Responsible for process docking of products transferred from headquarters

· Leading and responsible for trial production of new product PVT

· Lead the production process and be responsible for the product production process

· Lead PVT trial production and be responsible for the results of PVT trial production

Job description:

• Supervise the inspection and maintenance of machines and production facilities.

• Develop guidelines and instructions regarding maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment.

• Create and implement SOP for how to operate machines and production facilities.

• Troubleshooting damaged parts, optimizing processes, and taking corrective action.

• Create and prepare work instructions and machine parameter records for each product and production machine.

• Supervise the implementation of new mold and tools projects related to products and production machines.

• Supervise every work carried out in accordance with SOP and safety standards.

• Provide support related to projects and setting up industrial equipment.

• Carry out problem solving related to production equipment and machines.

• Proposing improvements for better results.

Job description:

· Carry out product structure design according to project planning

· Test and verify new products and Improve product structure

· 3D modeling design based on product technical requirements

· Produce 2D engineering drawings based on 3D modeling and process requirements

· Provide product mold opening 3D drawings and technical requirements to the mold department

· Make new product prototypes and verify product functions

· Work with the mold department to conduct design reviews before mold opening and follow up on the mold opening progress

· Lead and guide assistant engineers and technicians in making EVT samples and follow up on test results

· Lead the production of DVT samples and follow up on DVT test progress and results

· Responsible for assisting in solving various product design problems discovered during mass production

· Create project plans and implement them

· Lead the structural design of the project and have the main responsibility for the structural design

Mempersiapkan alat atau mesin produksi agar sesuai dengan proses yang direncanakan.

Engineering Staff

1. Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan koreksi design dari client.
2. Melakukan quality check terhadap ilustrasi atau design sebelum dilakukan produksi.
3. Bertanggung jawab untuk mengilustrasikan dan mendesign product secara digital.
4. Mengelola file design dari client agar dapat menjadi file final art work untuk proses cetak.
5. Membuat mock up atau sample sesuai keinginan client.
6. Menyiapkan dan mengoperasikan mesin CTP untuk membuat plate cetak.
7. Menjamin kualitas plate yang dihasilkan sesuai standard.
8. Memeriksa plate lama atau bekas, apakah masih dapat digunakan sesuai standard untuk pekerjaan repeat order.
9. Melaporkan hasil pemeriksaan dan laporan kendala produksi yang terjadi.
10. Mengkoordinir tim untuk bersama-sama melakukan pemeliharaan rutin pada mesin CTP dan peralatan terkait.
