Environmental Sustainability and Management

o  Assess environmental impacts, including habitat disruption, water management, and waste disposal, and develop a comprehensive environmental management plan.

o  Implement green building practices, encouraging the use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient designs.

o  Plan for a waste management and recycling program tailored to both the residential and industrial aspects of the town.

Health, Safety, and Emergency Services

o  Plan for healthcare facilities and services to support both regular and emergency medical needs, including occupational health services related to mining.

o  Designate areas for fire stations, security stations, and other emergency response facilities with a clear emergency management plan.

o  Develop safety guidelines and buffers to protect the town from mining hazards, such as air pollution, dust, and noise.

Community Facilities and Amenities

o  Design spaces for community gatherings, education, and social events, fostering a sense of community among residents.

o  Include recreational facilities such as sports fields, gyms, and cultural centers to promote well-being and improve quality of life.

o  Plan for educational facilities and childcare centers to support families and attract long-term residents.

Economic Development and Local Employment

o  Assess opportunities for supporting local businesses and creating a self-sustaining economy within the town site.

o  Plan for training centers or partnerships with educational institutions to equip local residents with skills relevant to mining and related industries.

o  Facilitate the development of retail, hospitality, and service businesses to support a vibrant local economy.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

o  Engage with key stakeholders, including local government, community leaders, and mining company representatives, to align planning goals.

o  Conduct community consultations to ensure the design reflects residents' needs and fosters community involvement.

o  Develop a communication plan for ongoing updates to stakeholders and community members throughout the planning and implementation phases.

Monitoring and Evaluation

o  Implement a monitoring framework to evaluate the town’s growth, infrastructure performance, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

o  Set up periodic reviews to assess and adapt the urban plan as the mining project evolves or as new challenges and opportunities arise.

o  Ensure flexibility within the urban plan to allow for adjustments based on future workforce requirements or changes in the mining operation.

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise the technical aspects of operation and to give engineering level support to maintenance and operations with respect to the various Steam Systems across the smelter and at the Powerhouse area in particular, plus various Utilities Systems across the site. This will be done through in-depth analysis of machine performance, processes and output to influence condition monitoring and predictive maintenance as well as technical training to increase productivity and plant availability.

• To supervise flawless operation of the Plant Information (PI) System for plant-wide monitoring and analysis of digitized data pertaining to all process plants and associated utilities. 

• To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, and relevant statutory, safety, health and environment norms. 

• To monitor performance and enable continuous training of the technical team supporting Steam System and Utilities operation.

9. Melaporkan hasil pemeriksaan dan laporan kendala produksi yang terjadi.
10. Mengkoordinir tim untuk bersama-sama melakukan pemeliharaan rutin pada mesin CTP dan peralatan terkait.

Requirements :

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Required skills: Native  Java, Swift, Objective C is a plus.
•  Understand with android SDK and IOS SDK.
• Experienced in integrating REST API.
• Have experienced in deploying apps in Google Play Store and Apple Appstore.
• Able to debug code.
• Experience implement design pattern + clean code is a plus.
• Able to devise/design/abstract or even architect UI/UX modular workflow.
