• Following the kick of meeting with Sales Department, production, customers, and the Project Coordinator before starting the project.

• Duties associated with the administrative area so as to make sure that all requirements are met and that these duties are completed according to the monthly financial calendar and client due dates.

Job description:

• Supervise the inspection and maintenance of machines and production facilities.

• Develop guidelines and instructions regarding maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment.

• Create and implement SOP for how to operate machines and production facilities.

• Troubleshooting damaged parts, optimizing processes, and taking corrective action.

• Create and prepare work instructions and machine parameter records for each product and production machine.

• Supervise the implementation of new mold and tools projects related to products and production machines.

Job description:

· Carry out product structure design according to project planning

· Test and verify new products and Improve product structure

· 3D modeling design based on product technical requirements

· Produce 2D engineering drawings based on 3D modeling and process requirements

· Provide product mold opening 3D drawings and technical requirements to the mold department

· Make new product prototypes and verify product functions

· Work with the mold department to conduct design reviews before mold opening and follow up on the mold opening progress

· Lead and guide assistant engineers and technicians in making EVT samples and follow up on test results

· Lead the production of DVT samples and follow up on DVT test progress and results

· Responsible for assisting in solving various product design problems discovered during mass production

•    Melakukan stock order dan VOR kepada DCVI

•    Melakukan pemesanan kepada pemasok lain termasuk mengelola dan pemantauan proses pesanannya.

•    Melakukan pengorderan sesuai daftar yang disetujui dan memeriksa faktur nya.

•    Merencanakan mengendalikan kinerja inventory control seperti re-order point, min/ max, economic order quantity dsb.

•    Memeriksa barang yang datang termasuk melakukan claim dan pengiriman kembali kepada vendor atau melakukan scrapping bila ada kerusakan.

•    Menentukan dan memonitor storage bin/ location agar ekonomis dan sesuai kebutuhan.

•    Membantu dalam menentukan initial stock, configurasi dan jumlahnya.

•    Mengontrol aliran Parts dari gudang dan pengiriman kepada pelanggan

•    Mengoperasikan sistem pembuangan dan sistem daur ulang.

•    Mengkoordinisikan ketersediaan Parts untuk aktiviats promosi.

•    Memberikan klarifikasi untuk semua pertanyaan mengenai operasional logistik untuk Parts.

•    Membuat statistik dan penentuan key figures untuk logistik sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada.

•    Menyediakan semua informasi dan dokumen yang relevan dengan akuntansi

•    Melakukan analisa dari kinerja

•    Memastikan data untuk pembutan invoice benar.
