Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for repair or replacement on fire protection equipment which turning off protection and requiring temporary support from fire emergency team; Installing new or retrofit fire protection.

·        To manage company objectives and all applicable regulation and standard obligations for Fire Protection, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements.

·        To be accountable for the execution of plans/projects in each of these functions and responsible for corrective maintenance.

·        To manage and find the solution Fire Protection issues and improves performance among organization of Batu Hijau (including Business Partner)

·        To ensure maintenance procedures conducted by subordinates are done according to applied standard.

·        To conduct coordination Fire Protection Corrective Maintenance work with related stakeholder

·        Conduct corrective maintenance on site wide basis.

·        Site wide area includes port site, township, concentrator, mine, and off site.

·        Reviewing and produce design modification for expansion, retrofit or change of function on buildings.

·        Prepare change of management form & engineering request for any changes, to be reviewed by Superintendent & submit to respective stakeholders.

·        Systems that include in corrective maintenance are Fire Alarm System, Water Based Fire Protection System, Aspirating Smoke Detection System, Foam Based Fire Protection System, Gas Fire Suppression System and Fire Pump.

·        Coordinate with planner to ensure all Preventive maintenance requirements are well prepared.

·        Coordinate with Preventive Maintenance team during corrective maintenance work to ensure any plan well delivered.

How You Will Achieve It

• Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
• Create, review and approve Good Manufacturing Practices documents of artwork related.
• Create, review and approve deviations and consistently produce quality work.
• Accurately communicate supply, operational needs or Quality Operations (QO) perspectives and escalate issues with potential market.
• Maintain inspection readiness, support inspections from regulatory agencies & customers and improve quality assurance systems.
• Participate in Green/Black belt projects, Right First Time (RFT) Improvement projects, Corrective Action / Preventative Action Effectiveness, etc. as appropriate.
• Assist and support the packaging staff in detecting and solving compliance errors in real time during packaging operations.
• Help to define appropriate action plans for improvement and follow-up and communicate action closures.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work in a team environment within own team and interdepartmental teams.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills (English and Indonesia Language)
• Experience in design software.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Quality systems related with packaging development
• Experience of writing and managing deviations
• Experience in ERP system, investigation of non-conformance, root cause analysis and change control management.

Position Purpose:

To provide a pro-active, efficient, timely and relevant Tax service/support to the management and internal departments, including any ad-hoc project reports at a level of detail necessary to manage Tax effectively, coordinate with Finance and Accounting team to ensure proper bookkeeping are maintained in compliance with local Tax Regulation. Ensure Tax Compliance in place including proper Intercompany transactions, monthly Tax and Annual Corp Tax submission and payment.  Act as intermediary between consultant, local and regional in all Tax related matters for LUXASIA’s entities in Indonesia.

Description of Duties:

Taxation

• Improve quality of VAT Monthly Compliance, Withholding Tax, Tax accounting and Corporate Income Tax and ensure the compliance with Tax regulations.
• Ensure proper Taxes reconciliation including VAT and Withholding Taxes done on monthly basis.
• Monthly reconciliation of Withholding Tax prepayment and payable, VAT, prepare monthly tax returns and ensure timely collection of Prepayment Tax slip.
• Liaise and coordinate with Tax consultant for CIT calculation, and support for Tax audit. Proactive update on the status and progress to Country Finance Lead and Regional.
• Support the data requirement and review Transfer Pricing Documentation.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Tax
• Possessing 4-8 years of working experience
• Brevet A & B certification preferrable
• Proven experience in Managing and handling Tax
• Working knowledge of Accounting Software

• Daily EHS responsibility in Central Java site
• Coordinating the EHS initiative and involvement program among the organization
• EHS and Compliance document control and recordkeeping
• Maintain the ERT training and ERT organization license and certification
• Deliver mandated EHS training

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT and information security policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
• Periodically facilitate IT and information security awareness.
• Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with policies, standards, and relevant IT and information security regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits.
• Provide support to Internal and External Auditors regarding the implementation and certification of ISO 27001.
• Assist Internal and External Auditors and Compliance team in meeting regulatory and audit requirements.
• Participate in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of IT and information security risks.
• Support the development and maintenance of the risk register.
• Collaborate with the IT and information security team, as well as various business units, to ensure compliance and effectively mitigate risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.

• Good understanding of GRC concepts and principles of information security.
• Basic knowledge of IT Risk, information security regulations such as "Peraturan OJK Manajemen Risiko TI" lembaga jasa keuangan non Bank, or ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with information technology and security, including knowledge of security controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to compile clear and concise reports.
• Quick learner and adaptable to changes in technology and regulations.
• Additional certifications such as Cobit, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISA, or similar would be a plus.
