ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements. This is a contractual role till Dec 2024.  This role is based in Cikarang, Indonesia. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Handle material slitting planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production, optimizing capacity.
• Follow up shortages/upsurge with Planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery.
• Monitor aging stock, clear aging stock/samples, slow-move inventory and write off requests.
• Handle shipment details like deliveries, shipping documents issuance according to customers’ and local authorities requirements
• Tracking of Return Goods and CN/DN issuance.
• Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team daily to ensure requests are responded to timely.
• Liaise with transporters on customer delivery arrangements.
• To ensure sample requisition is fulfilled.
• Handle crises and emergencies as they arise professionally and calmly with suitable solutions.
• Back up to other OF team members during their absence.
• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the superior.
