The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of labor regulations and have experience in human resources management. This position primarily focuses on fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR processes with business objectives throughout Kalimantan.

Onboarding new suppliers

• Conduct market research, analyze market trends, identify key potential products and potential suppliers
• Build establish productive relationship with suppliers
• Lead price negotiation process (liaise with Procurement Team)
• Lead contracting process (liaise with Legal Team)

Managing supplier base

• Define and monitor KPI and performance metrics for each suppliers
• Develop monitoring tools
• Build effective communication channel with all the supplier for issue resolutions
• Conduct regular reporting to management

Managing supply operations

• Monitor and ensure product availability, success transaction, on time performance in the platform
• Vendor deposit management

• A bachelor degree from reputable university

As a Farming Lead, you will take a leadership role in driving farming initiatives and strategies across multiple farming operations and commodities. You will work closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to farmers, agronomists, agri input suppliers, harvest processing, and technology teams to optimize farming practices, increase yields, and improve the overall efficiency and sustainability of agricultural operations by enhancing its operational model and business model to allow further scaling it up in the future.

• Define, develop, implement and continous improve On Farming strategies, including planning, resource allocation, engagement model, and performance monitoring to enhance best farming practices and drive sustainable growth.

• Has strong relationship with farming industry players across commodities and experience to build on-farm organization will be a plus point.
