As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading an engineering team of professionals, achieving high standard of engineering best practices and fostering agile culture of collaboration and productivity. You will ensure the alignment of your team’s outputs with the overall company strategy, focusing on organizational objectives and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a chapter of skilled engineering team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth. 

• Establish clear goals and performance metrics to align team efforts with strategic objectives. 

• Promote collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring that high standard of engineering practices, impactful collaboration and productivity. 

• Identify and implement processes for continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the chapter. 

• Drive initiatives that foster a culture of innovation and agility, adapting to market changes and emerging technologies. 

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, increase customer satisfaction and align team capabilities with business needs. 

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a technology or digital transformation environment. 

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to lead teams effectively. 

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 

• Proven ability to strategize and implement initiatives that drive organizational performance. 

• Experience with talent management and fostering a positive workplace culture. 

• A passion for technology and innovation, keeping up to date with industry trends.

• Assisting controlling Callidus jobs, placing orders, expediting spares, stock shipments, and document control and provide support to the supervisor to meet promised delivery dates.
• Carry out Work In Progress analysis and lead expediting actions to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Duties associated with the administrative area so as to make sure that all requirements are met and that these duties are completed according to the monthly financial calendar and client due dates.
