We are looking for a Salesperson to secure short and long-term profitable business for our client through proactive business development based on the fundamental understanding of the customer's business, operations, and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions allowing a seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and company successful. This job role could be focused on selling an ERP (ODOO) to Custom Business Solutions (Enterprise Software, Mobile Apps, Websites), Outsourcing, and Vertical Solution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support the Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customers' Pain Points and Translate Technologies into Solutions that meet Customers' Business Goals.

● Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.

● Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events.

● Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

● Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth

● Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved

Responsibilities:

2.Develop tiered subsidy strategies for user acquisition, responsible for the growth of deposit trading users and the efficiency of fund utilization.

3.Develop corresponding acceptance plans for users from different channels, aiming to improve the conversion rate of user deposit.

4.Design tiered activity plans and strategies to promote active trading and improve retention for deposit trading users.

5. Study the trends of competitors, user operation activities, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, more than 3 years of practical experience in user activities operation.

2. Familiar with user referrals and various subsidy activities.

3. Strong logical thinking ability, strong data computing and analysis ability.

4. Responsible, excellent communication skills, patient and meticulous in work.

5. Fluent in English and can be used as a working language

KPI requirements:

Achieve ARPU1000usd per trading user, (plus 1000 deposit trading referral users with an average deposit of 1000 USD), reward 2-month salary as the year-end bonus. If achieved per capita ARPU1500(plus 2000 deposit trading referral users with an average deposit of 1000 USD), reward 6-month salary as the year-end bonus.

Probation requirements:

1. Activities of user acquisition for each channel, increased user acquisition efficiency of xx%, the average amount of deposit increased XX%.

2. Activities of transaction and retention after deposit, the number of users participating in XX, increasing transaction frequency XX, and increasing deposit amount XX.

3. 500+ new users from referral program with a deposit of 1000usd.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with TikTok, Facebook and other mainstream social media financial KOLs and MCN agencies to execute advertising placement and negotiate business;

2. Maintain relationships with KOLs, effectively manage core KOL groups, promote activity and ensure smooth collaboration.

3. Collaborate with growth operation and activities operation to jointly develop content and advertising strategies, and contact KOLs to complete event execution;

4. Based on the data effect, adjust the KOL cooperation and advertising strategy to ensure the ROI and the number of deposit trading users.

5. Develop new channels for user acquisition cooperation, such as financial media, financial communities, different industry cooperation, etc.

Requirements

1.More than 3 years of work experience, with financial KOL and MCN agency resources.

2.Have KOL cooperation experience and be familiar with various KOL cooperation models.

4.bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as a working language.

5.Good at communication, results-oriented, and strong execution.

6.Have experience in channel expansion and business negotiation skills.
