Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and configuration of digital applications.
• Collaborate with events teams to gather user requirements on digital systems.
• Perform system testing and provide feedback.
• Support project management and track project tasks.
• Event onsite preparation and support.
• Handle professional email correspondence, including sending and responding to messages.
• Maintain and manage data using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Assist in any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for hygiene and sanitation
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate hygiene practices into daily operations
• Implement corrective action plans based on audit findings and guest feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to hygiene
• Prepare hygiene reports for management and recommend improvements as needed
• Lead the hygiene team in achieving departmental goals and objectives

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Hygiene Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; preferably within the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices; HACCP certification is desirable
• Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and swift performance improvement. Can thrive in a high-pressure environment and has a strong operational strategy that is timely
• Is well-versed in project management and result-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, proficient in data analysis and statistical aptitude
• Ability to develop and conduct training programs
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Diploma from Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major is required. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable

- Membuat Laporan Harian Mengenai Hasil Penjualan Dan Aktivitas Yang Telah Dilakukan, Yang Kemudian Diserahkan Kepada Team Leader Untuk Evaluasi Dan Tindak Lanjut

• Bekerja sama untuk memberikan informasi teknis mengenai produk, termasuk fitur dan manfaat yang relevan bagi kebutuhan spesifik pelanggan. 
• Mendukung upaya penjualan dengan mengidentifikasi peluang di pasar, memberikan rekomendasi produk yang sesuai, dan membantu mencapai target penjualan melalui pendekatan teknis.
• Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan, memberikan konsultasi, dan merekomendasikan produk yang tepat untuk aplikasi industri tertentu. 
• Melakukan presentasi produk secara efektif kepada pelanggan, dengan fokus pada keunggulan teknis dan potensi solusi untuk meningkatkan penjualan. 
• Menyediakan solusi teknis yang cepat dan akurat untuk masalah pelanggan, guna membangun kepuasan pelanggan dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang. 
• Memahami trend pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada tim penjualan dan membantu merancang strategi yang efektif. 

Melaksanakan proses operasional penjualan dan distribusi produk untuk mencapai omset penjualan dan target distribusi di outlet – outlet retailer sesuai dengan target penjualan 

Memaksimalkan penjualan produk dan visualisasi produk kapal api group di oulet – outlet Modern Market dan memastikan produk terpajang sesuai planogram dan tampil dominan di Outlet 

Melaksanakan proses operasional penjualan dan distribusi produk untuk mencapai omset penjualan dan target distribusi di outlet-outlet semi grosir & retailer sesuai dengan target penjualan cabang.
