Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Accounting / Fiscal  Administration /   Taxation
• Hold brevet A/B Tax certification
• Required skill : Good in Ms. Excel
• Required Languange(s) : Mandarin
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws and Regulations
• Excellent communication and team oriented personality
• Able to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Process monthly tax routine including calculation, payment and reporting
• Updates and translate current tax regulations to the management, able to identify tax accounting and transactions that have tax implications, do tax research, interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations
• Assist in Tax compliance checking and accuracy of tax obligations
• Providing required data / documents related to Tax audit process
• Able to file tax Return and prepare related documents
• Communicate with internal PIC related to data completion for tax Audit and compliance purposes
• Communicate with external parties (Tax Office / Consultant) related to solve tax audit issues.

• Prepare monthly inventory movement reports and analyses.
• Conduct monthly and weekly analyses of material purchase variances and obsolescence.
• Participate in monthly and annual stocktaking activities.
• Update and analyze standard costs on an annual basis.
• Prepare journal entries as required.
• Address ad hoc requests related to cost accounting activities.
• Assist in the monthly and year-end financial closing processes and analyses.
• Contribute to finance improvement programs and digitalization initiatives.

TUGAS-TUGAS POKOK DAN PELAKSANAAN TUGAS-TUGAS POKOK

Secara umum:

1. Menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan klien.

Secara khusus:

Mengerjakan penugasan sesuai dengan yang diberikan atasan, meliputi:

1. Melakukan pekerjaan terkait dengan Accounting Service :

a.     Membuat perencanaan jadwal kerja dan tenggat waktu untuk divisi Accounting.

b.     Melakukan Financial Report serta laporan lainnya terkait dengan pihak Manajemen.

c.     Penyusunan anggaran, prediksi dan analisis keuangan.

d.     Bertanggung jawab pada akurasi dan ketepatan waktu berdasarkan PSAK.

e.     Supervisi laporan keuangan.

f.      Penyusunan laporan keuangan (balance sheet, income statement, journal general ledger detail, dll)

g.     Penyusunan cash-flow report dan financial projection

h.     Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan performa kerja setiap divisi.

1. Menyusun SPT Masa (Monthly Tax Return)
2. Pengumpulan Data yang Terkait dengan Penyusunan SPT Masa
3. Penghitungan pajak terhutang
4. Konfirmasi ke klien untuk memperoleh persetujuan dan tanda tangan.
5. Penyusunan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Massa dan Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP)
6. Menyusun SPT Tahunan (Annual Tax Return)

a.     Pengumpulan Data yang Terkait dengan penyusunan SPT Tahunan

b.    Pengolahan data setahun (rekapitulasi, ekualisasi, jurnal penyesuaian akuntansi & fiscal)

c.     Penghitungan pajak terutang

d.    Menyiapkan SPT Tahunan

e.     Pelaporan ke KPP

1. Memberikan Advokasi Pemeriksaan Pajak

a.     Pengumpulan Data yang terkait dengan advokasi pemeriksaan pajak

b.    Pengolahan Data (rekapitulasi, ekualisasi, jurnal penyesuaian akuntansi & fiscal, dan dokumen pendukung).

c.     Pengiriman data ke fiskus

d.    Menyiapkan tanggapan

1. Memberikan Advokasi Keberatan Pajak
2. Pengumpulan Data
3. Pengolahan Data
4. Pengiriman data ke fiskus
5. Melaporkan hasil kerja kepada Board of Partner.
6. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan sebaik mungkin.

Tax Litigation, Consultation, Reconciliation.

1. Able to prepare and review monthly tax report and annual personal income report
2. Able to prepare and review annual corporate income tax

5. Provide management with tax advise on current tax issues and regulation
6. Able to supervise Tax Department

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Maintain compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and update the organization’s tax practices accordingly.

Tax Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Provide tax advice and guidance to senior management on various business transactions and decisions.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to take advantage of them.

Tax Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and review tax provisions and tax-related disclosures for financial statements.
• Conduct detailed tax research and analysis on complex tax issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.

Audit and Risk Management:

• Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation for tax audits.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
• Liaise with external tax advisors and consultants as needed.
