Key Responsibilities:

1. Server and Wi-Fi Management:

• Oversee all aspects related to server Wi-Fi and liaise with service providers to ensure optimal performance.

1. IT Resource Management:

• Create and maintain records for IT arrangements, including laptops, internal systems (Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers), and any studio room setups in future offices.

1. Onboarding Support:

• Prepare and install applications on laptops for new joiners and ensure mobile devices are set up.

1. PBX Management:

• Manage PBX systems and monitor associated costs.

1. Employee Offboarding:

• Assist with checking laptops for resigning employees and arrange necessary forms.

1. Collaboration with Third Parties:

• Work with vendors for internet services, printers, CCTV, and telecommunication needs, including:
• Internet problem resolution.
• Requesting XL phone numbers.
• Ordering laptops and managing equipment repairs.
• Overseeing live streaming bandwidth and ensuring service continuity.

1. Vendor Supervision:

• Supervise vendor performance regarding Wi-Fi connections or related to the technical issue

1. Licensing Management:

• Manage software licenses , including:
• Shutterstock
• Microsoft (various accounts)
• Adobe (4 accounts)
• Emplifi/Social Baker
• SimilarWeb
• Supermetrics
• Sprout Social
• Envato
• Domain and Hosting (Anymindgroup.co.id and others)

1. Troubleshooting and Support:

• Check conference rooms and printers for issues, including connectivity problems and supplies 
• Assist team members with scanning and printing installation and errors

10. Provide Technical Assistance:

• Resolve hardware and software concerns across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

-       Able to work in team

Market Intelligence CSM (m/f/d)

Our Market Intelligence CSMs (m/f/d):

• Act as strategic partners to our clients
• Being an innovation agent. Drive change for faster reaction to changing market requirement.
• Being an expert in your market (industry, products, channels etc.)

Internal

• Collect and provide feedback to product teams on functionality, features etc. of gfknewron platform as well as to ops and other teams on non-platform issues to drive better client experience
• Collaborate with account management at the pre-sales and renewal stages
• Collaborate with other business unit teams to identify opportunities for strategic assignments
• Coordinate internal client services nationally (for all) and internationally (optional)
• Run final quality checks for the GfK seal of quality (wherever relevant)
• Validate / conduct QC to guarantee GfK seal of quality (wherever relevant)

Here is what we are looking for additionally:

• Bachelor´s/ Master´s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Strong business understanding in durable consumer goods markets and related Retail
• Interest for HA Product categories and markets
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in consulting, market research, product management of durables or equivalent business units
• Excellent (country language) and very good English language skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
• Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
• Co-ordination and decision making of how to achieve client outcomes and organisation goals
• Driving delivery of results for clients & GfK across diverse cultures, mind sets, disciplines, and influences
• Passion, dedication, and commitment
• Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically
• Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
