1. Colllaborate in a team for the ideation, design, and handover process to developers.
2. Conduct requirement gathering for product design.
3. Create and use a structured design system in product design.
4. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
5. Design user interfaces with good user experience.
6. Translate program flows into user-friendly interfaces.
7. Create designs for both web and mobile interfaces.
8. Assist in maintaining the design system, including the creation of assets, components, illustrations, logos, icons, branding, and analytical user flows, with the ability to research and document each asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accompany the Sales team in Anwyzing or initial briefing with clients (workload will

be adjusted &; if the Design Director / Design Manager / Senior Design is unable and

with the permission of the Design Director / Design Manager).

2. Accompany the Sales team during the initial site survey together with PIC Project &

ME Advisor.

3. Attend the initial project handover/brief from the Sales team.

4. Create Design Concept, Presentation, Moodboard and present to Client under the

supervision of Design Manager / Design Director.

5. Prepare Schematic for price estimation &; coordinate with CBD and ME teams to

produce creative designs &; competitive prices.

• Melakukan riset pengguna untuk memahami kebutuhan, preferensi, dan perilaku pengguna yang dituju.
• Merancang antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif, menarik, dan mudah digunakan dengan memperhatikan prinsip desain grafis dan elemen UI/UX.
• Merancang pengalaman pengguna yang baik dengan mengidentifikasi alur kerja pengguna, menentukan struktur informasi, dan membuat storyboard atau wireframe.
• Membuat prototipe interaktif dari desain UI/UX menggunakan alat seperti Sketch, Adobe XD, atau Figma untuk memvalidasi konsep dan mendapatkan umpan balik dari pengguna.
• Mengubah desain UI/UX menjadi kode menggunakan bahasa pemrograman seperti HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript, serta menerapkan responsif design untuk mendukung berbagai perangkat dan ukuran layar.
