AYANA Hospitality is looking for a visionary and results-oriented General Manager to lead the Riverside Golf Bogor. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the golf course's operations, enhancing the guest experience, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and marketing for the golf course.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service are maintained.
• Oversee maintenance and improvements of the facilities and services provided.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and community members.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality or golf industry.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and develop a high-performing team while promoting a positive culture.
• Proficient in using management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of the golfing industry and current trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.
3. Strong understanding of all HR functions (organizational development, recruitment, administration, payroll), and General Affairs (GA), experienced in being HRGA at least 5 years
4. Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation).
6. Experience with HRIS System and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
7. Knowledge of HR Functions (recruitment process, compensation and benefits, and training and development)
8. Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
9. Hardworker person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible.
10. Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized.

Job responsibilities : 

1. Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company's long-term growth and success.

2. Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent 

3. Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. 

4. Manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.

5. Maintain and implement all human resources policies and procedures, including recruitment and training, salary management, social security benefits (BPJS health insurance and BPJS human insurance system updates), performance evaluation, and employee relations (signing PKWT/PKWTT employment contracts).

6. Provide human resource consultation and support to resolve employee issues and disputes.

7. Manage and maintain employee databases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.

8. Collaborate closely with department leaders and employees to determine human resource needs and develop corresponding human resource strategies.

9. Manage and supervise human resource budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources.

10. Understand with labor regulations in Indonesia (UU Cipta Kerja regulations).
