We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role is crucial in enhancing brand presence, driving audience engagement, and achieving measurable business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media management, campaign strategy, and content creation, coupled with a strong understanding of analytics and emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through social platforms.
- Identify and adapt to emerging social media trends and technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X.).
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, videographers) and external agencies to produce impactful content.
3. Community Management
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation across all platforms.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, CTR, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate actionable insights and provide regular reports to stakeholders, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven recommendations.
5. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
- Experiment with creative formats and ad placements to maximize impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and business results.
- Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms (Meta, Google, Tiktok, X)
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and video content.
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, social listening tools, etc.) to track performance.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
