Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content, ensuring the final product is polished and aligns with BIOTA's branding and communication goals.
• Work closely with the content creation and marketing teams to understand project requirements, audience preferences, and overall objectives.
• Utilize video editing software, like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, to create high-quality videos incorporating graphics, sound effects, and special effects.
• Maintain consistency in video style, pacing, and adherence to brand guidelines across all content produced.
• Provide creative input and collaborate on ideas to improve storytelling and enhance viewer engagement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in video production and editing, continually seeking ways to innovate.

• Demonstrated experience as a video editor, including a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of editing styles and formats.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, and video formatting.
• Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing narratives.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent time management skills and the capacity to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects.
• Interest in technology and the smart home industry is preferred.

About the Role

As a full-time on-site Social Media Coordinator located in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our community. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand loyalty, and promote our innovative product offerings. Add-ons for this position to support the placement of our brands Matrix and Nex Parabola

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to refine and optimize strategies for improved results.
• Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community around the BIOTA brand.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotional content.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, along with familiarity in using analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
