About the Role

As a full-time on-site Social Media Coordinator located in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our community. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand loyalty, and promote our innovative product offerings. Add-ons for this position to support the placement of our brands Matrix and Nex Parabola

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to refine and optimize strategies for improved results.
• Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community around the BIOTA brand.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotional content.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, along with familiarity in using analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.

Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guests within the Hotel, Apartment and Tenant. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.

• Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
• Bachelor's degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
• 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
• Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
• Strong market sense and results orientation
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
• Willing to be placed in Karawang

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Be responsible for creating social media campaigns and content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, and planning to execution (including schedule and post).
• Monitor and continuously improve social media analytics and provide reports and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and manage social media, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
• Collaborate with other department teams to create and implement social media campaigns.
• Stay current with social media trends and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
• A willingness to learn new skills and keeping up with the pace of digital innovation
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data and develop actionable points for optimization and/or experimentation.
• Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
