Operations are the heartbeat of our service - ensuring our Operations team is levels ahead of the general market in terms of their quality control and speed of work - as businesses depend on the Operations team to drive productivity 24/7/365. As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be our subject-matter-expert in managing all aspects of our operations, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics, processing, warehouse management, and overall supply chain efficiency.
We are seeking talented individuals with a proven track record in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will manage a team of 30+ and will report to our CEO of Indonesia.
- Manage Processing Operations: Balance attention to detail with swift execution, solve problems efficiently, and collaborate with other departments.
- Oversee Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Manage and optimize transportation, ensure timely deliveries, and monitor costs.
- Warehouse Management: Coordinate warehouse activities, optimize space utilization, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Develop strategies to improve efficiency, analyze data for improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, set goals, and promote a positive work environment.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, enforce safety procedures, and conduct inspections to maintain safety standards.
