Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all purchasing activities including sourcing, contract negotiation, and expediting delivery schedule.

- Execute purchasing strategies.

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

- Partner with team and document control to ensure clear documentation.

- Monitor cost reduction and increase for materials purchased.

- Seek and partner with reliable vendors/suppliers.

- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

- Coordinating with suppliers and forwarders in shipping and customs processes and procedures related to importation, on timely delivery of materials.

Issuing purchase orders for local and overseas purchases.

- Establish and maintain an independent supplier’s performance monitoring systems to ensure compliance with performance and quality standards and close liaison with suppliers.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma/Sarjana
• Usia maksimal 28 tahun
• Pengalaman 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
• Mampu Berbahasa Mandarin
• Memiliki kemampuan komputer & internet yang baik
• Komunikatif, teliti, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, inisiatif & motivasi yang tinggi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang Clearance import dan export 
• mengerti dan mengenal istilah-istilah dan dokumen dalam bidang export import
• bertanggung jawab dalam mempersiapkan dokumen dokumen yang diperlukan untuk melakukan proses pengeluaran barang import dari pelabuhan dan proses pengiriman barang export
• mengerti cara melakukan pemesanan unit container import dan export, jasa ekspedisi, menghubungi pelayaran, dsb.
• bertanggung jawab atas jadwal dan pengiriman barang dari supplier, dan follow up hingga barang tiba di gudang tujuan
• Mencari dan mrnganalisa calon supplier yang sesuai dengan barang yang dubutuhkan

1. Create PO, Contract Agreement Letter (SPP), Cashbon Manual/System, Cashbon Accountability

2. Receive Cashbon from Finance

3. Inform the requester to create GRN

4. Processing Invoice: Control the completeness of Invoice Document

5. Scan all document related purchase the item and review the completeness of document

6. Input suplier data in Oracle if there new supplier

What you will do but not limited to:

• Conduct sourcing and procurement activities in the agribusiness sector, including purchasing commodities such as rice, livestock, and other agricultural products; 
• Manage end-to-end procurement process from sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, to monitoring supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery; 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements; 
• Conduct supplier evaluation and selection based on predefined criteria; 
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation; 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies; 
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes; 
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies; 
• Support other procurement activities as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; 
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement in the agribusiness sector is preferred; 
• Good understanding of the agribusiness industry and market trends; 

• Strong negotiation and communication skills; 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; 
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently; 
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments; 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company;
• Willing to be located in Sukabumi.
