• Memastikan proses penerimaan, penentuan lokasi, penyimpanan, penataan, penanganan dan penyiapan produk untuk pemenuhan order berlangsung efektif dan efisien serta sesuai prosedur.
• Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer

• Melakukan penagihan kepada tenant baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
• Melakukan distribusi tagihan (invoice atas sewa, service charge, dan listrik)

What you will do but not limited to:

• Create and implement production plans according to demand forecasts and sales targets for agricultural commodities. 
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels for raw materials and finished products. 
• Manage and optimize production processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products. 
• Collaborate with procurement and quality control teams to ensure availability and quality of raw materials for production. 
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization. 
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and inventory control. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and quality. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and distribution, to coordinate production and inventory activities. 
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations. 
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate production plans, inventory status, and performance metrics to stakeholders. 

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in the sugar industry. 
• Strong knowledge of agricultural production processes and inventory management principles. 
• Experience with demand forecasting, sales analysis, and capacity planning. 
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards. 
• Experience in the management of agricultural commodities is a plus. 
• Willing to be located in Sukabumi.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Conduct sourcing and procurement activities in the agribusiness sector, including purchasing commodities such as rice, livestock, and other agricultural products; 
• Manage end-to-end procurement process from sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, to monitoring supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery; 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements; 
• Conduct supplier evaluation and selection based on predefined criteria; 
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation; 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies; 
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes; 
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies; 
• Support other procurement activities as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; 
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement in the agribusiness sector is preferred; 
• Good understanding of the agribusiness industry and market trends; 

• Strong negotiation and communication skills; 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; 
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently;

Tanggung Jawab :

1. Menyusun target jangka pendek departemen dengan memperhitungkan factor internal dan eksternal serta inisiatif divisi untuk memastikan target yang ditetapkan selaras dengan yang ditetapkan perusahaan.
2. Membuat prioritas perencanaan tahunan yang meliputi inisiatif program kerja dan anggaran keuangan untuk mencapai target yang telah disusun.
3. Menyusun dan mengusulkan KPI yang tepat dan efektif kepada atasan untuk mendukung pencapaian target departemen.
4. Mengarahkan, mengatur dan memonitor schedule perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan dan fasilitas yang ada di Store dan DC agar terlaksana sesuai standar waktu, standar proses, kebutuhan dan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan.
5. Mengelola kegiatan Pra Testcom, Testcom dan serah terima New Store/Renov agar seluruh kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana.
6. Mengelola kegiatan bongkaran Store agar kegiatan operasional berjalan sesuai jadwal.
7. Mengarahkan memonitor dan menerapkan standar kerja dan kesiplinan tim sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan yang berlaku agar kegiatan operasional berjalan dengan lancar.
8. Membuat laporan pertanggung jawaban anggaran untuk dapat di evaluasi.
9. Membuat laporan setiap kuartal ke atasan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai progress pekerjaan.
10. Menjalin sinergi dan hubungan baik dengan lintas departemen untuk mendukung aktivitas departemen.
11. Memberikan arahan dan memastikan program pengembangan tim berjalan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki.
