RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring the process of PO’s delivery until goods received well on designated warehouse
• Arranging technical meeting with user and supplier if needed
• Evaluating supplier periodically

- Memantau semua material yang dikirim dan diterima sesuai dengan dokumen yang ada dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan

- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian gudang

- Memastikan semua pengiriman barang sesuai dengan SOP

- Mengambil, mengalokasikan dan mengantarkan material dengan baik sesuai alur FIFO 

• Memasukkan Data: Input data dari berbagai sumber ke sistem.
• Memverifikasi Keakuratan: Memastikan data yang dimasukkan benar dan akurat.
• Pemeliharaan Basis Data: Mengelola dan memperbarui basis data.
• Pengelolaan Dokumen: Menyortir, mengarsipkan, dan mendigitalisasi dokumen.
• Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak: Menggunakan aplikasi seperti Excel atau sistem manajemen data.
• Menerima dan Menyaring Data: Menangani aliran data yang masuk dan memastikan kesesuaiannya.
• Tugas Administrasi Lainnya: Melakukan tugas administratif terkait data.
• Berkoordinasi dengan Tim: Bekerja sama dengan tim lain untuk memastikan data diperbarui dan tersedia.

About the role 

• Responsible for leading the country procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively maximize the value received from the suppliers to meet the company objectives
• Works with each business unit to lead centralized sourcing and procurement efforts, 
• Works with the internal stakeholder from initial need identification to procurement strategy definition and implementation
• Drives supply analysis/strategy, supplier identification, sourcing execution, contract negotiation and suppliers performance management and improvement. 
• Delivers cost savings opportunities to the organization, and assist in developing commodity strategy
• Supports/Manages team capability build up by coaching and leading the team

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Creation and management of short, mid, and long term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct, Subcontracting and IM&S categories (together with his/her direct reports if there is any.)
• Creation and improvement of procurement processes in alignment with the stakeholders, including market analysis, strategy sourcing & negotiation and contract approval.
• Identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities including local / regional consolidation projects
• Management of procurement systems
• Management of procurement staff in and across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
• Development of the team strategy and support for the employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities 
• Manage and monitor Supplier Performance, lead the development of corrective actions plans and follow-up when there are issues
• Develop and maintain supplier pool
• Ensure subcontractors' compliance with company policies and procedures in coordination with Global Compliance Team.
• Analyze and understand the cost drivers associated with each category/supplier
• Benchmark current products across suppliers and identify consolidation opportunities
• Support procurement aspects of the related projects
