• Have the entire information and understanding of the business performance (full P&L up to Net Margin))

• Be a business partner to all functions in the platform, such as: Commercial, Execution, Finance and Industrial

• Actively engage with platform providing relevant data, valuable analysis and advice that support the business

• Provide weekly/monthly financial inputs and analysis to the stakeholders

• Be part of the SOP process according to the business needs/requirements, delivering all the necessary figures and analysis

• Actively involve and understand overall platform budget process and numbers (commercial margin to gross margin level).

• Related to accounting and tax area assisting to ensure the business comply with current regulation and accounting standards

• Keep local SOP/matrix updating and assisting to provide a clear and insights to the business/platform

• Perform sampling of tank products and conduct thorough inspections and analyses of refined glycerine products.
• Ensure all procedures and regulations are followed accurately and report all inspection and analysis results.
• Analyze samples related to the selection of new suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Verify the results of analyses and ensure the accuracy and functionality of supporting instruments and equipment.
• Conduct laboratory trials and prepare detailed trial reports.
• Analyze data and provide informed decisions and recommendations to superiors based on the analysis.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR) focusing on quality and quantity metrics.
• Report on the availability of analytical support materials, including glassware, chemicals, and instrument spare parts.
• Maintain and preserve all documents related to analysis and inspection results.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
