You'll join our Indonesia Compliance Payments Team, playing a pivotal role in establishing, upholding, and overseeing compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations. In this role, you are the main person in charge of all regulatory and internal policy compliance activities in the company. You will play a critical role in supporting new business development, new products, and ensuring business continuity by ensuring compliance to applicable laws and regulations. You will be managing a small team of compliance staff, handling a couple of business units in Cermati Fintech Group.

To succeed in this role, you will need both strong analytical minds and knowledge of the regulations in the fintech/financial industry, and show communication and influencing skills towards the regulators.

• Drive key projects related to new licensing with Bank Indonesia, OJK, Bappebti, or other applicable regulators

Compliance Analyst will have overall responsibility in supporting various regulatory compliance initiatives (with particular focuses on P2P, payment system provider (PJP) and multifinance businesses) and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met – this includes:

• Supporting  regulatory licenses matters, set up compliance framework & guidelines, including anti-bribery & corruption, external vendor compliance management, data privacy;
• Managing regulatory engagement with relevant authorities and ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting requirements to regulators;
• Ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and commercially practical reporting to the regulator (s) and recommendations on licensing, regulatory and counter-party risk for business;
• Performing report on gap analysis on each prevailing regulation in relation to the group businesses;
• Incident management (e.g. responding to regulatory investigations / inspections by authorities;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on regular basis.

• Experienced compliance officer with minimum of 2 years PQE;

The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership and direction to the QC Laboratory Data Integrity Team. The role is accountable to manage data integrity, investigation, personnel training, laboratory documentation, laboratory equipment qualification, calibration and computerized system validation and gap analysis against Pfizer Quality Standard/cGMP and all GMP-related records in QC Laboratory

How You Will Achieve It

• Subject matter expert on AML/CFT, KYC issues and transactional monitoring
