AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality and Hygiene Manager for our stunning AYANA Komodo resort. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the implementation of high-quality standards and hygiene practices throughout the resort. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that guests have a flawless experience while upholding the health and safety protocols essential in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities

• Recommend hotel’s key drivers to leaders when establishing Tiger Team charters through quality GSI and Hotsos data analysis.
• Facilitate Tiger Teams meeting so that the team’s direction for improvement is aligned with hotel’s key drivers.
• Collaborate with leaders to create an initiative and execute process improvement based on operation needs or GSI data or Hotsos data.
• Facilitate departments in Performance Excellence Planning (PEP) development, assist and provide feedback through data analysis, root cause analysis and action plan formulation.
• Provide assistance to Director of Quality in a form of data analysis, planning, recommendation, initiative, and problem solving or project execution.
• Supervise Quality administrator.
• Ensure the team’s daily activity runs smoothly.
• Participate and contributing to the resort sustainability program through education, interaction and suggestion

• Bachelor degree of tourism/hospitality or equivalent
• Two (2) years experience as a Quality Manager in a 5 star hotel or luxury hotel or resort
• Has a background as an auditor or trainer in a company with ISO 9001 certified or Six Sigma or TQM (Total Quality Management) or equivalent system
• Understand project management
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Writing and speaking English fluently
