• Developing IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks into policies and standards that can be implemented within the company’s IT environment
• Ensuring IT governance, risk, and compliance can be socialized and applied in the company’s IT operations
• Regularly monitoring and assessing the implementation of IT governance, risk, and compliance within the company and providing reports to management
• Collaborating with other IT departments to detail policies and SOPs for IT operations
• Working specifically with the IT Network & Security Department to develop IT security concepts and their implementation to maintain data security
• Developing internal company processes to achieve IT governance, risk, and compliance certification and overseeing surveillance processes after certification is obtained
• Proactively providing suggestions and input to improve governance, risk, and compliance processes to support more efficient business operations
• Ensuring application testing processes are completed before implementation

Business Performance and Management 

• Organise audit preparation and analyse data of selected area to be reviewed to provide initial information 
• Conduct technology advisory review including working papers and providing quality audit report and completed as scheduled in annual plan 
• Organise documentation of technology advisory review working papers and observation results to ensure traceable 
• Analyse follow up actions of recommendation and all related evidences to ensure corrective actions have been done by auditee 
• Submit result of follow up status analysis for supervisor’s review to be approved
• Performing other advisory review as assign by the respective head

1. Memahami proses layanan dan operasional Cabang.
2. Menguasai Ms. Office (excel, word, ppt) – intermediate.
3. Mahir dalam mengolah dan menganalisa multiple data menggunakan excel.
4. Memiliki kemampuan analytics, problem-solving capabilities, dan berorientasi pada detail.
5. Melakukan perhitungan pencapaian KPI dengan skema yang berlaku.
6. Dapat menggunakan SQL menjadi point plus.
