• Developing IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks into policies and standards that can be implemented within the company’s IT environment

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits of IT systems, processes, and data security measures.
• Work closely with the IT and legal teams to identify and mitigate IT compliance risks.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to integrate governance practices into IT operations.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.

Uraiaan Pekerjaan:

1. Melakukan beberapa uji coba metode baru untuk produk baru berdasarkan standar yang ditentukan oleh Sika atau berdasarkan TDS atau instruksi dari R&D -QA
2. Untuk mengidentifikasi bahan pengganti yang dapat ditemukan secara lokal agar memenuhi standar produk.
3. Melakukan uji coba untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.
4. Untuk membantu ahli kimia dalam mengembangkan, memproduksi, dan menggunakan produk kimia, peralatan, dan barang-barang terkait.
5. Melakukan berbagai prosedur rutin ke laboratorium secara akurat dan mengikuti metode yang ketat dalam melakukan analisis.
6. Mengembangkan atau menyempurnakan produk baru atau metode baru atau meningkatkan kualitas produk berdasarkan metode dan standar perusahaan.
7. Untuk membantu ahli kimia membuat produk akhir, memasang peralatan, dan melatih pekerja di lini produksi.
8. Melakukan uji laboratorium untuk menghasilkan data yang andal dan tepat guna mendukung penyelidikan ilmiah.
9. Mencatat dan menginterpretasikan hasil untuk dipresentasikan kepada kolega senior.
10. Melakukan pengujian dan inspeksi produk, layanan, atau proses untuk mengevaluasi kualitas atau kinerja.
11. Memberikan usulan/saran untuk beberapa modifikasi prosedur produksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan produk.
12. Menguji bahan baku, metode, dan produk jadi untuk memastikan memenuhi standar.

Business Performance and Management 

• Organise audit preparation and analyse data of selected area to be reviewed to provide initial information 
• Conduct technology advisory review including working papers and providing quality audit report and completed as scheduled in annual plan 
• Organise documentation of technology advisory review working papers and observation results to ensure traceable 
• Analyse follow up actions of recommendation and all related evidences to ensure corrective actions have been done by auditee 
• Submit result of follow up status analysis for supervisor’s review to be approved
• Performing other advisory review as assign by the respective head
