• Menetapkan dan mendokumentasikan standar kualitas, pengolahan, service, equipment, dan hygiene
• Melakukan inspeksi rutin dan audit internal pada area penyimpanan, area proses, dan area konsumen agar sesuai dengan standar dan regulasi
• Mengembangkan program training standar kualitas, food safety, dan GMP
• Identifikasi kebutuhan perbaikan standar secara berkelanjutan melalui feedback, komplain, dan saran oleh customer dengan mengutamakan efisiensi dan kualitas
• Evaluasi kinerja dan kualitas supplier untuk memastikan produk sesuai standar
• Regulatory compliance, memastikan standar produk, kebersihan, dokumen, sertifikasi, dll sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku (Halal, BPOM, HACCP, FSSC, BRC-GS, etc)
• Memelihara dokumen dan catatan inspeksi, audit, sertifikasi, training
• Kolaborasi dengan tim trainer, operasional, marketing, logistik, warehouse, dan kitchen untuk menyelaraskan standar kualitas

• Perform sampling of tank products and conduct thorough inspections and analyses of refined glycerine products.
• Ensure all procedures and regulations are followed accurately and report all inspection and analysis results.
• Analyze samples related to the selection of new suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Verify the results of analyses and ensure the accuracy and functionality of supporting instruments and equipment.
• Conduct laboratory trials and prepare detailed trial reports.
• Analyze data and provide informed decisions and recommendations to superiors based on the analysis.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR) focusing on quality and quantity metrics.
• Report on the availability of analytical support materials, including glassware, chemicals, and instrument spare parts.
• Maintain and preserve all documents related to analysis and inspection results.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
