Prepare performance reports of the QC Team, conduct analysis, and engage in discussions with the Head of Collection on new strategies, work programs, regulations, SOPs, capacity plans, and other matters pertaining to the QC process.
Create, execute, monitor, evaluate, and enhance programs, methodologies, and training initiatives.
Analyze Quality Control test results and deliver feedback and interpretation to the Collection Team.
Ensure seamless integration of all Quality Control activities within the program's work management system and technology.
Oversee, assess, evaluate, and enhance the performance of the QC Teams to meet the KPI targets and motivate team members to attain plan goals.
Participate in Collection Meetings with the Collection Manager.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for a background in finance, banking, or a related field.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Genuine enthusiasm for the dynamic landscape of the financial technology industry.
Demonstrated expertise in coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building.
Previous experience in Agency Management is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive is a must.
